One in two people will have cancer in their lifetime. ONE IN TWO, yet no one is ever prepared to face their cancer nor stand beside the person they love through the voyage. Part memoir, part guide book from a woman in extraordinary circumstances fighting to BE SEEN before finding life-saving care. After creating the theory she calls 'The And Affect' after her experience being in the best shape of her life and having late-stage rectal cancer provides account of her learned experiences as she faced cancer treatment. Littered with hilarious moments you just cant make up and practical advice to overcome adversity. This narrative is for everyone moving from stress to embrace the power of a positive mindset to keep moving.
